Memorial Health is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a travel job in Decatur, Illinois.

Job Description & Requirements

Ultrasound Technologists perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound procedures, interventional ultrasound, and sonographic vascular exams on inpatients and outpatients of all ages. They monitor the condition and levels of equipment and supplies. Ultrasound Technologists work side-by-side with specialized radiologists who are on-site at all times.

Ultrasound Technologists have a lot of variety in their days. They may be performing procedures in the busy Emergency Department and outpatient area, the Comprehensive Stroke Center, IMC, and ICU. Because of this diversity, Ultrasound Technologists perform a variety of procedures, such as Ultrasound-Guided Needle Placements, and utilize a variety of equipment, such as the Ultrasound Transcranial Doppler.

MIT Program Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience practicing in specialty being considered for Minimum of 1 year experience traveling in specialty being considered for Must be willing to flex between any of Memorial Health Affiliate locations (mid assignment or upon accepting extension of assignment) Must be willing to work every other weekend and any Holiday that is observed over the course of assignment

Licensure/Certification/Registry:
RDMS Credential, or must be RDMS eligible and obtain RDMS within 24 months of job acceptance
Maintain CPR Certification

Memorial Health Job ID. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
